WELCOME TO WHITE RABBITS! The WHITE RABBITS are Dedicated, Competitive, and Focused on Having an Incredible BLC!
We expect you to Participate in all challenges, Communicate regularly with your teammates, Track your food and exercise and Not Give Up. We will be focusing on reasonable exercise, as well as good nutrition. Our challenges will consist of: 1. A TNT Challenge - Do the TNT listed each week under challenges or work your own program. As long as you do some kind of ST (Strength Training). When you complete the TNT, post a "Goal Met" emoticon in the chat thread and post your score on the OWRTS. Can be done any day! 2. A Fri-Mon Weekend Challenge (WEC) 3. A Nutrition Challenge - Choose your own nutrition goals and evaluate your progress at the end of the week.
